Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing. With mindfulness we reduces stress, enhance brain function and gain insight and awareness in day to day life.
Arden offers tailor-made mindfulness and meditation courses to the corporate sector and the general public. We believe that mindfulness can have a positive and transformative impact in people’s life’s both at the workplace and in the home environment.
We offer taster sessions, workshops and an 8-week course to suit your professional and personal development needs.
The 8-week Mindfulness Course includes:
- 16 hrs of mindfulness training (8 weekly sessions of two hours online)
- Manual and audio downloads for home practice
- Weekly tutor and peer support
- Certificate of completion
